Rakha Jaya is a new innovative and dynamic company, which provides all of equipment need of military, security, police, garment, embroidery, government and safety. Rakha Jaya was simple commerce service named UD. ANEKA JAYA that built about 37 years in Pasar Turi, Surabaya.
RAKHA JAYA is sub-company of UD. ANEKA JAYA in safety equipment need. This business has relation with our commerce business, in sell safety equipment. RAKHA JAYA opened to fulfill ANEKA JAYA customers. There many people ask safety equipment shop. All suggest and demand from the customer has made us to built RAKHA JAYA.
RAKHA JAYA / ANEKA JAYA is serving all demand from East Indonesia and East Java are. We serve all types of customer. We serve the demand for individual, group, party, etc. There are no difference social status for us. Here, all people will become one unity with the same needed, but have different capacity.
Market Projection
The number of commerce growth in this first November has increase about 35% from the middle September 2007, while we open about 2, 5 months. We develop this business based on our customers request and market need. With open the new shop, comfortable and good service, we hope we can increase the customer number till 50% based on our first month track record in opening our shop in Surabaya Grocer Center and in Jl. Raya Pasar Turi (ANEKA JAYA). We give customer satisfaction in all marketing activity which has planning well.
Bussines Description
RAKHA JAYA PUTERA COMPANY built in August 2004, is a company that hold garment and government equipment, through an auction of government with APBD annually. This auction is opened for all garment company in Indonesia with different region estimation and different needed demand.
MISSION
This is the important part of planning process. The right planning will make us easy to have analyzed the market and customers buying type.Beside that, this company will be successful and the shop will develop well with its comfortable service and the attention that giving to the customers. This company also has good reputation in transaction and the dispatch.
MODEL OF BUSINESS
RAKHA JAYA or ANEKA JAYA is offers the military service, safety, police, government member, embroidery and garment in supermarket form. In Indonesia, our company is the only ARMY SHOP in Indonesia that give comfortable service with supermarket way. It seems uniquely one, but we sure that it is interesting one. It needs to know that ARMY and SAFETY are related each other. We sure that we will make everybody love each other and know about the important of safety and not all ARMY equipment are for MILITARY. This things can give positive influence for the company / shop profit.
STRATEGY
The growth and development of the company and the shop is to invest about security equipment to all people for their safety and security in daily life. Although many people are have unable yet about the meaning of safety and security. We sell and introduce the important of somebody soul. All safety equipment products are used for some accident that could fall on our life in any time.
FACILITIES
Today, we open a shop in Jl. Semarang, which has strategic location of all transportation. This area is also center area of the biggest commerce in East Java. Two rooms with wide parking area are very comfortable and has nice and friendly service.
Product and Service
RAKHA JAYA offers many product in fill the customers needed and we divided into three categories. General customer, special and company. Each those customers buy the same needed even though with different capacity. Example, every customers buy our product, some of them buy for retail, and grocer / wholesale. With this different purchase, we differ the price.
The direct purchase (user) hold by our cashier. While for grocer purchase, we give different cashier for our customers with different price for retail and grocer. The quantity of customers is become our most target in every transaction. Our garment service is measure service in every employee dress needed, delivery service with special quantity.
1. GENERAL CUSTOMER
The customers are not only come from rich people or military, but also ordinary people can buy our
product. Not for one job or profession, this is also for hobby, collection, or for reseller.
2. SPECIAL CUSTOMER
This customer type really needs our product and our product is used for daily activities. Militar, security,
police, tailor, government member, student, etc are really using our product.
3. COMPANY CUSTOMER
This customer type is every company, both small and big company need our product. They need it for
safety and security reason, such as security equipment, security and company employee in working
dress garment.

The direction job is decided all problems for the company development. Director is the only person who works daily. While the vice-director is done all duty from his director for the company development.
Today, Wahyu Krisdijanto is the only shareholder of RAKHA JAYA PUTERA. Wahyu has many experiences in military business since he child when he introduced by his parents. He also working in outdoor government auction of garment, embroidery and goods supplier.
RAKHA JAYA has developed its customer service for two years. While the new shop has staying for 2.5 months, before in UD. ANEKA JAYA. UD. ANEKA JAYA is concentrate in military / army shop, while RAKHAN JAYA is combined police military, security and safety. Aneka Jaya has 4 sub-company and RAKHA JAYA has 2 sub-company.
